1. What are the modes of payment available?
We accept payment through instamojo gateway plugin. This helps you to pay through Debit/Credit cards, UPI, Net banking, and wallets.

2. What will be the estimated time of delivery?
We usually dispatch your parcel within 6-7 working days. However, in some cases, it might take longer. The remaining time is taken by the parcel in transit. You can take your shipping ID and track your parcel.

3. Why we do not prefer cash on delivery?
For volumetric products, we do not allow cash on delivery. However, part payment options are available for that please contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8597438031. Apart from that for non-volumetric products, we do allow cash on delivery (selectively). Charges are additional depending on the product and delivery location. 

4. What is our refund/return policy?
We do not allow returns on our orders. Replacements are applicable only if the product is damaged. So, it is recommended to make a product opening video so that we can replace your parcel. For detailed information, please visit our Replacement Policy.

5. What will be the shipping charges?
Shipping will be free on all orders.
