Replacement & Exchange Policy 

For requesting replacement, there are some criteria need to be followed as given below 👇 

  • Within 48 working hours after the date of receipt.

  • Replacement is available only with a proper 360° opening video of the parcel in case of major damage, missing item, incorrect customization or wrong product received as shown in the website. The video should be unaltered, unedited, made without any cut & pause. It must start from showing all corners of the parcel then showing the real order slip with the address label & AWB number to end till showing all the product & all issues should be shown in opening video itself only otherwise replacement will get rejected.

  • Always use scissors to open the parcel for a smooth opening. Don't hassle or rush while opening a parcel; it may damage the delicate products inside. If damage happens due to the customer's carelessness while opening the parcel, we don't hold any responsibility. No claim without a proper opening video.

  • Product should be unused & in the same condition as received.

  • Minor or repairable damage while transit is not considered.

  • For replacement, mail at us (sajawatofficial350@gmail.com) or WhatsApp +91-8597438031 with proper opening video attached & reasons, following which our team will go through the video completely & if your request is acclaimed then will give confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

  • If your claim for replacement is accepted, we will re-dispatch your product as required within the next 3-4 working days.


Order Status 

  • Delivery time is mentioned with all our products.

  • Working days do not include Saturday/Sunday, public & festival holidays.

  • We give an estimated delivery time which may vary as per the weather situations and courier hassles.

  • Delivery time may fluctuate during festive seasons.

  • Tracking gets shared to your registered mobile number as and when in hand.

  • Track your parcel on a daily basis if status doesn't get updated for 2-4 days, please connect us or call the delivery company (name is written with tracking details) to get a solution. 

  • If it's showing delivered & you haven't received the product, connect with us immediately within 2 working days to get a solution. After 1 week, it's difficult to arrange POD (Proof of delivery) from the delivery company so you need to connect with us accordingly.
