Shipping is free But we charge extra on some products for cash on delivery

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, it depends upon service which warehouse can deliver them fast. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as soon as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic warehouses and they try their best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow us an estimated given delivery time written in product description for your order to arrive (varies from product to product). 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologise! CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is booked, cancellation is not allowed. However, we do allow exchange for the placed order with any product whose amount is equivalent to the placed order's amount. For that, you need to WhatsApp on +91-8597438031 with your order number and the changes required within 24 hours from the time of placed order. After 24 hours, we do not allow any exchange.
